Where We Deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands). We also offer a standard delivery service to BFPO addresses.

Express delivery is not available to certain locations. Please see table below. We regret that we are unable to deliver orders outside the UK apart from BFPO.

Express Delivery: Order delivered the next working day. To qualify for express delivery, orders need to be placed before 1pm Cost £5.50

BFPO:

Standard Delivery: Order delivered to BFPO London within 5 working days of dispatch. Onward delivery handled via the military sort centre. Cost £5.50 

Customers will be asked to remove Aerosol products from their BFPO order.

Please note the following:

• Express Orders placed by 1pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be dispatched the same working day
• All orders placed after 1pm we will endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days.
• Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).
• Delivery will be through Royal Mail or UPS.
• If you are not in when the carrier attempts delivery, they will leave a card for you telling you how you may collect your order.
• You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

Returns

If you would like to return an item please complete the returns label found in your order box.

Please attach to the outside of your returns package to obtain free postage. Please ensure that you fill out and enclose the returns form in your parcel in order for us to refund your credit/debit card.

Alternatively, you can email or call (0333) 2345678 and speak to one of our Customer Service Agents who will email or post out the returns label and form to you.

Your credit/debit card will be credited once we’ve received and processed your return. The credit may not show up on the very next statement you receive in the mail unless it is within your credit/debit card company’s billing or statement cycle, but it should appear on the next one.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We'll be glad to exchange your item or refund the full price if you choose to return it within 28 days of delivery.
